Subscription and Payment Terms

For enterprise customers, custom pricing and payment terms may be negotiated through a separate agreement.

Service Availability and Modifications

• We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data, though we implement reasonable safeguards
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Group High and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Your Content or any third-party claims related to Your Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any negligent or wrongful conduct by you or anyone using your account

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

• You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings
• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice for any reason
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will provide you with the ability to export your data for 30 days after termination
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred before termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• The arbitration will take place in Phoenix, Arizona, or remotely by mutual agreement
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration
• Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights
• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date
• Send email notification to registered users about material changes
• Provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect
• Allow you to terminate your account if you disagree with the changes
